a milwaukee area fishing forum

I'm looking for a few quality members in the Milwaukee area that would be willing to help me grow a new forum for the area. There's a number of forums based in the Chicago area but none that I could identify in the Milwaukee area. My thoughts are to build up a few key members by spring before the fishing season really gets going. I'm more concerned about testing the software right now and building some quality content.
