cross country

The boys (and girl) are back in town! Just in with a case full of jetlag, the AF crew unpacks from their venture out west. They'll be able to kick back and relax while watching new episodes of Addictive Fishing this week. But, before they know it, they'll be back on the road and heading to Daytona for another stop in the Mogan Tour; such is a day in the life for the AF crew.

"If you keep making that face it's going to freeze that way." We sure hope mom was wrong on this one. This week, "Frozen Mogan" hits the air. During the test viewing we noticed a lot of wide-eyed looks with grins from ear to ear accompanied by chuckles, giggles and out loud laughter. Even today, Patrice gets a funny look on her face just talking about the episode. There must be something funny about a homegrown Florida boy fishing through a hole in the ice. I guess we'll find out this week on SunSports: Friday @ 10:30 am, Sunday @ 9:30 pm and Tuesday @ 6:30 am. Waiting in the wings – "Poontastic" & "The Bucket List."

Beat the heat and stock up on some cool gear! The Dick's Sporting Goods Mogan Tour comes to Daytona this weekend. The Mogan Man will have money saving coupons that can be used toward the purchase of the hottest new rod on the market – the Flats Blue rod by Wright & McGill. When you purchase a Flats Blue rod you'll also receive a FREE Mogan Man jersey! Pick up a bottle of Blair's Boat Wash by Star brite for a $10 donation to Project Snook to fund Mote Marine’s snook research program. Capt. Blair will be at DSG at International Speedway Square on Saturday, June 25th from 11am to 4 pm. Race ya there!

Dealers wanted! Our quest to bring the originators of Spectra braided lines to the front of the pack is going great but we still need more sales outlets. If you would like to become a FINS dealer, we want to hear from you! Contact Patrice McCabe at Patrice@addictivefishing.com and become a member of the FINS family. Braid in the U.S.A.

The AF crew just returned from their trip to Oregon, which went spectacular. The Mogan Man managed to scratch another species off his bucket list when he tied into a sturgeon in the Columbia River. Capt. Trevor Storlie made sure Blair put a bend in the Flats Blue and the Stormy Skies rods. While on location, the Mogan Man got a chance to show off the northwestern version of the Wright & McGill S-curve technology fishing rods that have become very popular in other parts of the nation. After an amazing trip to such a beautiful location to make what just may be a once in a lifetime catch for this angler, we just had to name our own Capt. Blair as Mogan of the Week.

Getting ready to move into the all new Mogan Lounge,
