Jose Pino of Puerto Vicente Guerrero with a nice dorado |
In the blue water the boats are still averaging 2 to 3 sailfish a day, with quite a few decent sized dorado mixed in and coming from the same 8 to 12 mile areas.
Adolfo, on the panga Dos Hermanos, reports he is averaging 8 to 10 roosterfish a day, with a lot of large jack crevalle haunting the same beaches and areas as the roosters. He is fishing south of Zihuatanejo because the water to the north is stained, due to the heavy runoff out of the rivers.
